ARM's Services Expand to include Automation, Power, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering

Hershey, PA (July 15, 2010) � ARM Group Inc. (ARM) acquired Ener-Tech Associates, Inc. (ETA) of Johnstown and Harrisburg, PA. ETA offers a wide spectrum of engineering services in the automation, power, electrical and mechanical and engineering fields, and operates an in-house electrical panel design/build facility. Incorporated in 1976, ETA�s expertise and project experience ranges from power distribution, management, and control systems, to factory/process automation and energy management.

ETA will now be ARM EnerTech Associates, LLC (AETA). AETA will continue to serve its existing customers and will help ARM provide turnkey services from its divisions that provide renewable energy engineering services (ARM Energy Solutions, www.armenergysolutions.net) and broad services to the shale gas industry (ARM Oil & Gas Solutions, www.armoilandgas.net).

ARM Group Inc. is a technically oriented earth sciences and engineering firm, specializing in environmental consulting, waste management engineering, geotechnical engineering, water resource planning and management, renewable energy development, geophysical surveys, and support to the oil & gas industry. Energy/power management, power system design, process control, electrical, mechanical and related engineering services are now offered with the addition of AETA.
