Work Description:
ARM Group Inc. will complete a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the above referenced site. The ESA will be preformed in accordance with the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) Standard E-1527-05, which is compliant with U.S. EPA All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) requirements. The purpose of this investigation will be to identify conditions that may pose an environmental liability to the present or future property owner(s).

Upon completion of the investigation, ARM will prepare a report in accordance with the ASTM E-1527-05 standard. The report will describe the site setting, a description of the site and conditions as observed during the site inspection, records of interviews with the current owner and local official(s), photo documentation, site history, and a summary of the environmental database search. Data sources will be documented within the report that will also contain appended details of the inspection. Note that the scope of work for this ESA does not include environmental sampling (soil, sediment, water, LBP, ACMs, and/or PCB sampling), wetland delineation or indoor air quality/radon surveillance.

Based on information developed during the background investigation, visual observations and professional judgment, ARM will set forth clear conclusions regarding the environmental condition of the property. If warranted, recommendations for further action will be included. Two copies of the report will be delivered to your address upon completion.

ARM will complete the work scope presented above for the contract amount presented agreed. A retainer of 50% will be due upon authorization to proceed with the balance due upon report delivery.
