Mr. Allen has over 15 years of experience in landfill engineering, geotechnical engineering, and environmental projects. Mr. Allen has been involved with the design and permitting of landfills. Specifically, Mr. Allen has extensive experience with the design, permitting, and construction of solid waste facilities. He has also been involved with the design of leachate collection and conveyance systems; landfill gas collection systems; and the required stormwater features related to the landfill operations. In addition, Mr. Allen has provided construction-phase engineering support, construction administration, and management for numerous construction projects. Mr. Allen received his Bachelors of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Bucknell University.  He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts.
