Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority

Lancaster, Pennsylvania

ARM evaluated, designed, and constructed a landfill gas (LFG) collection network and control system in order to manage and control LFG emissions for Creswell Landfill (CWLF) and Frey Farm Landfill (FFLF), both owned and operated/maintained by LCSWMA.  CWLF is a closed, 70-acre landfill that accepted waste from 1968 to 1989. FFLF has been in operation since 1989. The majority of the waste accepted at FFLF is ash residue generated at LCSWMA's Resource Recovery Facility (RRF) and the Susquehanna Resource Management Complex (SRMC).
