Al Yates is a registered professional engineer with over 20 years of environmental consulting experience. He serves as ARM Group’s Service Group Leader for the Mine & Quarry service area. Mr. Yates is responsible for design, environmental monitoring, permitting, construction oversight, and review of mine & quarry, stormwater, and waste management facilities. His expertise includes feasibility studies, conceptual and comprehensive designs, construction management and inspection, financial modeling and permit applications. He evaluates existing and proposed facility designs at private and public sites for regulatory compliance and technical content. Mr. Yates holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, along with Professional Engineer Certifications in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
