Since 2014, ARM has assisted Greiner Industries Facility in maintaining environmental compliance.
During initial 2014 site visit, ARM documented the presence of chemicals associated with the metal fabrication operation, which may be classified as toxic under USEPA regulations. ARM compared these chemicals and the quantities present on site to the ERCRA Section 313 Chemical List to determine if the USEPA reporting requirements were applicable. Since that time, ARM has continued to assist Greiner with many compliance services.
