ARM Group's Impact at Confluence Discovery Park

April 26, 2024

We're thrilled to announce our latest environmental efforts at the Confluence Discovery Park project in Indiana, PA.

The recent release of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania annual report has underscored ARM Group's role, positioning the ongoing environmental efforts as a foremost priority for 2024.

Our team members, Charles Burger, P.G. and Matt Harding, both distinguished Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) alumni, have been integral in propelling this project forward with their expertise and dedication.

The report recognizes ARM Group's comprehensive analysis of the environmental landscape surrounding the project area. From addressing intricate technical obstacles to navigating regulatory complexities, our team has remained steadfast in its efforts to assist with the goals and vision of the CDP 2030 Master Plan.

Our environmental summary report, presented in December 2022, provided invaluable insights into the project's status and outlined actionable strategies for future development. We take great pride in contributing to the revitalization of brownfield land. We hope to see the transformation of these lands into a dynamic, multi-purpose space that serves as a gateway to both the university and the broader Indiana community.

We extend our gratitude to IUP, the Confluence Discovery Park Arboretum Committee, and all stakeholders for their trust in ARM Group to assist them in their vision. You can read more about the Confluence Discovery Park in the Allegheny Arboretum at Indiana University of PA Annual Report.
