With electricity, oil and natural gas prices skyrocketing, and with the recent increase in the federal tax credit from 10% to 30%, there’s never been a better time to consider a geothermal HVAC system to save money while helping the environment.  Geothermal systems can save 30-70% on heating costs and 20-50% on cooling costs, compared to other conventional systems (source: EPA).  These systems can be located on almost any site within the Mid-Atlantic Region.
