ARM Group welcomes Zachary Klueber as a project engineer!

ARM Group welcomes Zachary Klueber as a project engineer working in our State College office as part of the Renewable Energy practice area.

Zachary has extensive experience as a design engineer/project manager for stormwater management projects, including stormwater design, erosion and sediment control plans, permitting, invoice review, and correspondence with team members, clients and review agencies. Zachary has experience with site grading, utility design, construction cost estimates and bid documents. He also has experience with preparing as-built plans and Notice of Termination documents for recording to close out NPDES permits, has prepared PaDEP General Permit applications and PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permits.

Zachary is a 2017 graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering and minors in Environmental Engineering, Watersheds and Water Resources and History and has his Engineer In Training certification. In his free time, Zachary enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and watching Pittsburgh and Penn State Sports.
