Happy Groundhog’s Day! Even though Punxsutawney Phil forecasted six more weeks of winter, we’re thinking of past summer projects! Check out the warm weather photo taken from a recent landfill expansion. The mitigation was required to offset the permanent loss of stream and wetland impacts resulting from the landfill expansion.
