ARM Group Enterprises (ARME) is proud to announce that Rory Farester-Hohl has been recognized by Kyle Johnson for his exceptional contribution through independent action and commitment. Recently, Rory demonstrated perfectly the impact of the distinction we at ARM make between an Employee/Coach and Employee/Manager relationship and the value it brings to the team. For a project involving field work for a Natural Gas client Rory kept up with onsite inspection logs without ever being asked to do so. He knew what needed to be done and kept doing it independently, even when no one was asking or looking. This mentality brought value to our team and let us shine in front of an important client.
